Given the RATE table with rate_id, id_del and value columns, what is the result of the following query execution?

DELETE FROM RATE where rate_id in (SELECT rate_id FROM RATE WHERE id_del=1) AND id_del=0

Query tries to delete a record with id_del=0 AND id_del=1 at the same time. Obviously, nothing will be deleted from the database.
